BASIX Compliance Audits

This new service is offered in response to enquiries by local government. BASIX Consulting Services can cost effectively:

• Independently audit the BASIX commitments outlined within the BASIX certificate submitted with the DA,
• Provide a random audit program across the entire Local Government Area to assess BASIX compliance
• Train staff in identifying and addressing BASIX compliance issues.

The BASIX Compliance Audit program is conducted by a skilled assessor trained by BASIX Consulting Services, with the findings presented in letter or report format, complete with photographs and relevant recommendations.
